Important information
The entry ticket is valid on any open day of the Le Barcarès Christmas Village between 20 November 2026 and 10 January 2027, except special evenings. The evening of Thursday 31 December 2026 from 18:00 is a special evening with its own separate ticket, and the standard entry ticket is not valid then. Each ticket is valid for one entry only: exit is final, and re-entering on the same day needs a new ticket.
Every visitor needs a ticket, including children aged 5 and under. The entry categories are children aged 5 and under, children aged 6 to 10, and adults from age 11. Families of two adults and two children aged up to 10 can choose the Pass Premium Famille, which adds one visit each to the Ice Museum, Santa's Wonderful World, the virtual sleigh and the Petits Traîneaux for all four. The village is open every day from 11:00 to 01:00 the following morning, with last entry at 00:00 (midnight). On the opening night, Friday 20 November 2026, it opens at 18:00 and closes at 01:00, with last entry at 00:00. Daily opening is subject to weather conditions, but rain does not stop the park, and the chalets and services stay open in the rain.
Security screening takes place at the entrance, and sharp or dangerous objects are confiscated. Motorcycle helmets and picnics are not allowed. Animals are not allowed inside the village, not even dogs on a lead, except assistance dogs for visually impaired people and people with reduced mobility.
The attractions are paid with a cashless activity card (Carte Activités), handed over at the activities central till on the first purchase. It can be topped up online, at two top-up points in the village or via the QR code on the card, and it can be kept for the whole event. Bank cards are also accepted at the attractions, while cash is taken only at the top-up points. There is no cash machine inside the park; several ATMs stand at Place de la République, about 5 minutes' walk from the entrance.
Cancellation policy
The ticket is non-refundable. Once purchased, the date and time cannot be changed.
Location of the Le Barcarès Christmas Village
Address: Luna Park site, 66420 Le Barcarès, France.
Closest landmark: car park P1 (2,500 spaces), next to the village and served by the shuttle little trains.
The Le Barcarès Christmas Village has stood at the Luna Park site since 2025, when it moved from its former site near the Lido. Le Barcarès, also called Port Barcarès (El Barcarès in Catalan), is a seaside town in the Pyrénées-Orientales department of Occitanie, in the south of France, about 15 km as the crow flies from Perpignan. The town's emblem is the Lydia, a 1931 liner beached on the shore in 1967 and now a museum.
